Shipping
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery is free on orders over ₹499; a small flat fee applies to orders below that. Express delivery is available in select cities.
At the moment we ship only within India. International shipping is on the way — we'll announce it here as soon as it's available.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery then takes about 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Absolutely. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways, so your card and personal details stay protected. We never store your card information.
Order & Returns
Browse our products, add what you like to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, pick a payment method, and confirm. You'll get an order confirmation by email/SMS right away.
You can cancel or change your order before it is dispatched — just email info@bengalayurveda.com or call 9477510250. Once shipped, an order can't be changed but may be returned as per our Return Policy.
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account, though, lets you track orders, save addresses, and check out faster next time.
Once your order is dispatched we send a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also use the Track Order page or your account's order history to follow its status.
If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a return within the window stated in our Return Policy. Email info@bengalayurveda.com with your order ID and we'll guide you. Please keep the product unused and in its original packaging.
